The Brief
Maben24h needed to turn its product positioning and brand concept into fabric development, underwear design and sampling, production, packaging, and practical inventory-turnover coordination.
The Challenge
The project centered on the technical development of a hemp-based fabric. Material selection and the proposed fiber blend needed to support the product concept.
Development
ModaBridge contributed industry experience and coordinated upstream and downstream suppliers. The team selected fabric suppliers around the material characteristics, worked through blend proportions, and coordinated garment design and sampling.
Production
Packaging was designed around the brand concept and coordinated with suppliers. ModaBridge followed production and the practical supplier arrangements needed to support inventory turnover.
The Result
Development led to an initial production order. The finished product gave the brand a basis for its market introduction.
