Who do you work with?
We support brands and business buyers with product development, private labeling and order-based production. Our core focus is men’s underwear, loungewear and T-shirts, with selected women’s underwear projects.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product, fabric, customization and whether the quantity is per style or per color. We confirm the applicable minimums with your project proposal; there is no single minimum for every category.
Can I discuss a smaller run?
Yes. Smaller quantities can be reviewed with suitable manufacturing partners. Feasibility, pricing and material commitments depend on the product and project scope; submitting a brief is not a guarantee that an order can be accepted.
Are samples free?
Sample development is quoted for the specific product and requirements. Sample fees, currency and any later deduction are confirmed in writing before work begins.
When will I receive a reply and an initial quote?
Our team normally replies within 24 hours. A preliminary quote normally takes 2–3 working days after we receive complete style, fabric, quantity and construction requirements. Revisions may require further review.
How long do samples, production and reorders take?
Sample and reorder schedules are confirmed by category, materials and available capacity. Bulk production normally takes 35–60 working days after final sample approval and receipt of the agreed 30% deposit; imported fabrics, special trims and peak-season schedules are reviewed separately.
What does the quote include?
The quote states the product specification, quantity basis, delivery point and included services. Packaging, transport, insurance and other charges are itemized or identified separately. We do not describe a China delivery quote as an all-inclusive overseas landed cost.
How is delivery arranged?
The agreed delivery point and shipment responsibilities are confirmed for the order. International transport timing is estimated separately by destination and transport method; it is not part of the production schedule.
Do you offer ready stock, dropshipping or US warehousing?
No. Our current service is order-based product development and production coordination. We do not operate ready-stock retail, individual-order fulfillment, US warehousing, returns handling or store-order synchronization.
